The Chamberburg YMCA will be holding an American Red Cross Lifeguard course beginning October 7th. The course is held over 3 weekends, Oct. 7, Oct. 12, 13 & 14 and Oct. 20. Participants must be 15 and older as well being able to swim 500 yards.
Guard book and mask available at www.redcross.org. There is no cost for the digital version of the guard book.
The fee for the Lifeguard course is $150 for Chambersburg Y Members and $175 for non-members.
