The Office of Workforce Solutions at Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) is offering a seminar on Environmental Awareness for Real Estate Professionals on Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This class is informational for brokers, lenders, and property managers. The class will be held in the Thompson Conference Center of the Corron Community Development Center on the LFCC Middletown Campus.
This class focuses on addressing the needs of real estate professionals who encounter an environmental issue with a property to provide them the knowledge to proceed with buying, selling, or listing processes. This 3.5 hour course counts for recertification points in Virginia and West Virginia and is approved by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR).
Registration is $95 for the class, but the Shenandoah Valley Energy Partnership (SVEP) is providing grant funding for qualified participants.
