The Mental Health Center is excited to introduce a new community wellness and prevention program. “1st Thursdays” will provide education on mental health topics the first Thursday of each month, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at our office, 1180 Professional Court, Hagerstown, MD.
