Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore is a great place to find discontinued or gently used building materials for that do-it-yourself home improvement project or the contractor or repairman looking for that hard to find item.
You may consider donating new, used, or surplus building materials, appliances & home accessories and possibly receive a tax deduction for your generosity, all the while keeping usable items out of our landfills.

ReStore proceeds go toward building affordable housing for low-income families in need right here in Washington County. Habitat is a hand up, not a hand out. Homeowners contribute hundreds of hours of sweat equity building their homes and the homes of others as well as taking classes in self-sufficiency and paying a no profit, no interest mortgage.
