Dr. Bruce Burley and Dr. Brandon Burley are proud to be practicing dentistry in their home community. After graduating from Williamsport High School, Dr. Bruce Burley attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, cum laude. It was at Wake Forest that he met his wife, Connie, who was also a Biology major. Dr. and Mrs. Burley continue to be “proud to be Demon Deacons”.

Dr. Burley earned his D.D.S. degree from the University of Maryland Dental School, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1986. While at the University of Maryland Dental School, he was selected as a member of Gorgas Odontological Honor Society and the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. He also served as co-editor of the Dental School yearbook.

Dr. Bruce Burley has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry in Washington County since 1986. During this time he has continued to spend hours reading and taking continuing education courses related to dentistry. These post-graduate continuing education achievements have awarded Dr. Burley a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (F.A.G.D.), recognizing him as a leader and example of the importance of quality continuing dental education to patient care. Dr. Burley is also a member of the American Dental Association and the Washington County Dental Society, having served as past president and past secretary of the dental society. He is also a member of the Academy for Computerized Dentistry and the Academy of Sports Dentistry.

Dr. Burley enjoys fishing, golfing, cycling, and spending time with his family when he isn’t otherwise occupied with dental practice. Dr. Burley’s wife, Connie, is a biology teacher at Boonsboro High School. They have two children, Brandon and Allison. Allison, a graduate of Liberty University, is an elementary school teacher in Lynchburg, Virginia. Brandon has joined him in practice and resides in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Dr. Brandon Burley is excited to have joined his dad in practice to serve the Hagerstown area. Brandon attended Boonsboro elementary, middle, and high schools, and went on to the University of Maryland at College Park, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, magna cum laude. While at the University of Maryland, Brandon enjoyed participating in many intramural sports teams, as well as the University of Maryland club soccer team. Brandon was a member of the Life Sciences Scholars program and other honor societies including Mortar Board, Phi Kappa Phi, NSCS, and Golden Key.

Dr. Brandon Burley earned his DDS degree from the Univeristy of Maryland Dental School, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2010, graduating with honors as he was elected to both Gorgas Odontological Honor Society and the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society, serving as secretary his senior year.

When not occupied with dental practice, Brandon enjoys spending time with his friends and family. In his free time, Brandon enjoys playing soccer and piano. He feels that his exposure to new dental technology and research backed by the mentorship his dad, Bruce, provides an exciting opportunity to serve the dental needs of his hometown community.
